Tom's Studio Lumos Pro Duo Refillable Pen in Brass

The Lumos Pro Duo in Brass is Tom's Studio's precision-engineered take on that idea, drawing inspiration from classic British design with a soulful, heritage quality in every detail, right down to the finely knurled cap. Two ink reservoirs mean you can keep two different inks loaded and ready at once.

Brass gives this Lumos a satisfying weight in the hand and an impeccably smooth, shiny feel, machined by a precision engineering team more accustomed to watch mechanisms and aerospace components. Fully compatible with all eleven Japanese-made tips included in the Full Creative Tip Set, and refillable with any standard fountain pen ink.

Please note: for best performance, use standard fountain pen inks. Shimmer inks and acrylic-based inks are not suitable for fibre-tip pens.

Caring for your Brass Lumos: Brass develops a natural patina over time, but if you'd like to bring back its original shine, mix a teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of vinegar, and 25ml of warm water until dissolved. Apply with a microfibre cloth and polish gently, making sure to reach every part of the pen. A commercial metal polish also works well if you'd prefer a ready-made solution.
